StylBar Connexion is a platform where beauty and barbering professionals list what they do, show their work, and take bookings, and where clients find them and book them. We provide the software. We are not a barbershop, a salon, or an employer, and we do not perform any of the services booked through the app.
Your mobile number is your login. You are responsible for the number on your account and for anything done from it. Keep it current, because a code sent to a number you no longer control is a way into your account.
Accounts are for adults running or booking professional services. One person, one account per side. A single number may hold both a professional account and a client account.
StylBar Connexion does not currently take, hold, process or refund payments, and no card details are taken or stored by the app. A deposit percentage, a cancellation fee and a no show fee are agreed in advance and recorded against the appointment, and the professional collects them directly the way they already do.
Because the money never passes through us, any question about a payment, a deposit or a refund is between the client and the professional. If card payments are switched on in future, these terms will be updated before that happens and you will be told.
Professionals can choose a Starter, Pro or Elite plan. Starter is free and needs no card. You will be told what your plan costs before anything is ever taken, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Your photos, videos, captions and reviews stay yours. By posting them you give StylBar Connexion permission to show them inside the app and on the public pages of the app, which is the whole point of posting them. That permission ends when you delete the post or your account.
Do not post anything unlawful, anything that is not yours, anything abusive or harassing, anything sexual, or anything that impersonates somebody else. Do not use the app to spam other members. Accounts that do can be removed.
The Verified badge is awarded by hand and is not for sale. It says a profile has been looked at by a person. It is not a guarantee of anybody's work, licensing or conduct.
We work to keep the app up and correct, and we will not pretend software is never down. StylBar Connexion is provided as it is. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of any service booked through it, or for anything that happens between a client and a professional.
You can delete your account whenever you want, from inside the app or from the privacy page, and you do not need the app installed to do it. Deleting removes your profile, your posts, your messages, your follows and your reviews, and it cannot be undone.
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and you will be told in the app.

We make the software. Professionals set their own prices and terms and are responsible for their own work. No money passes through the app today. Your posts stay yours. You can delete everything whenever you want.
